Unfortunately, it sounds like something slipped, or broke and caused you to bend some valves which would explain the sudden loss of power. Won't be cheap to fix. :-(One theory would be that the auto tensioner was not properly set during the timing belt change. It is supposed to be set the proper 4mm distance, then let stand for 5 or 10 minutes, and then check the position again, and readjust as necessary. It will want to move. Mine took 3 adjustments before it would stay in the proper position. If it wasn't reinspected after the intial adjustment, it's possible it moved after the belt was installed and you drove it for a couple hours which caused the belt to slip and the cylinders to be out of time, damaging the valves. I can't really think of anything else that would cause you to lose compression in 3 cylinders so suddenly, but perhaps others will have an idea.
